I left my role at Atos to build my podcast, performance planner and coaching business full time.

During lockdown, I started A Millennial Mind as a way to talk honestly about the things capable people don't say out loud. It's since grown into a top 1% global podcast.

I spent years in change management, first at E.ON, then at Atos, helping other organisations navigate transformation. It was solid, structured work and it taught me everything I'd eventually need for the thing I hadn't started yet.
